Newspaper Hat Parade!

Supplies:
1. Newspaper
2. Masking tape

First, overlap two sheets of newspaper. Then overlap two more pieces.

Second, cross these two sections to create a wide surface.

Third, have a friend or a parent place the newspaper on top of your head.

Fourth, have your helper place masking tape around your head to create the basic shape of the hat.

Fifth, form your hat. You might need some more tape to secure the hat’s design.

Sixth, wear your new hat and have a hat parade!
