WHOLE GRAIN GRANOLA BLUEBERRY MUFFINS
What you’ll need:
Old-fashioned oats, uncooked
1 cup whole wheat flour
½ cup self-rising flour
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup fresh orange juice
1 cup buttermilk
2 Tablespoon cooking oil
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups blueberries
½ cup almonds, chopped
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
Place cupcake liners in pans.
Put whole almonds in plastic Zip-loc bag and crush using large wooden spoon.
Blend milk, juice, oil, egg and vanilla.
Add remaining ingredients and blend together.
Spoon batter into cupcake pan.
Bake 22 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool for 5 minutes.

And rose up from the grave
That first Easter morn
And from our own death—save
He is that humble baby
He is our childhood nod
He is my risen Savior
He is the Son of God.
