Fiber Food

“Then God said, “I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and
every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food”

Are you aware that kids in American don’t get enough dietary fiber in
their diets? Perhaps you have no idea what fiber is? Or, how much you need.
How about–what foods contain fiber?

Well, here’s a clue.
~
Insoluble fiber foods do not dissolve in water and helps food move through
your digestive system. Foods in this category include whole wheat
breads, whole wheat cereals, wheat bran, and vegetables.
~
Soluble fiber foods dissolve in water. Foods in this category
include beans, peas, oat bran, oatmeal, barley, rice bran, apples, pears,
prunes, and strawberries.
Here’s a grouping of high-fiber foods. Which one is
your favorite?

“A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, and a bad tree cannot bear good fruit. Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down
and thrown into the fire. Thus, by their fruit you will
