MEATLESS STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS Fit for an Olympian

One man’s faith allows them to eat everything, but another man, whose faith is weak, eats only vegetables.

– Romans 14:2 (NIV)

What you’ll need:

Cut 2 large green peppers in half. Prepare by removing insides. Place on pan.

In a large bowl, mix ingredients listed below:

3/4 cup pre-cooked rice

1 onion-diced

1 can diced tomatoes, with hot peppers, if preferred

1 handful of shredded cheddar cheese

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce (more if desired)

Add salt and pepper

 

Fill peppers with mixture

Cover tops with shredded cheese

Bake 350 degrees in oven for approximately 25 minutes

A meal fit for a King–or an Olympian
