What you’ll need:
1 cup flour, self-rising
¾ cup milk
1 egg (optional)
2 T cooking oil
Peanut Butter – crunchy or smooth

Mix all ingredients together. If mixture too thin, add small amount of milk to thin to desired consistency.
Cook pancakes in frying pan, one pancake at a time. Get help if unable to cook by yourself.
Makes 6-8 pancakes.

Can use frozen or previously prepared pancakes, or waffles. Spread peanut butter over top of each pancake. Pour pancake syrup, Karo, molasses, or honey over top.
