PEANUT BUTTER CHRISTMAS COOKIES
2 sticks butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup moist brown sugar
1 cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2-½ cups self-rising flour
2 eggs
Melt butter. Add sugars, eggs, vanilla extract, and peanut butter.
Blend well.
Add flour.
Mix thoroughly.
On cookie sheet, place large spoonfuls of cookie mix.
Don’t let cookies touch.
Dip fork in flour and crisis-cross each cookie.
Place a red and green M&M on top of each cookie.
Bake in oven at 325 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
Cool and eat.
