WHOLE GRAIN GRANOLA BLUEBERRY MUFFINS What you’ll need: Old-fashioned oats, uncooked 1 cup whole wheat flour ½ cup self-rising flour ½ cup brown sugar ½ cup fresh orange juice 1 cup buttermilk 2 Tablespoon cooking oil 1 large egg 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 cups blueberries ½ cup almonds, chopped Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Place cupcake liners in pans. Put whole almonds in plastic Zip-loc bag and crush using large wooden spoon. Blend milk, juice, oil, egg and vanilla. Add remaining ingredients and blend together.
