RAINBOW POTATO SALAD, By Phoebe Leggett When you’re feeling wild and witty, and you look just like a ditty watching rainbows in the city time to make some Rainbow Salad ‘cause it’s colorful and pretty. Items you will need: 6 large potatoes, peeled, sliced, boiled, and mashed Salt Pepper 2 Tablespoons Relish Red, Green, Yellow Peppers, chopped 1 medium-sized Onion, chopped Mayonnaise Peel and boil potatoes in water.
