Supplies: 1. A piece of white copy paper 2. A pair of scissors First, make your piece of paper a square by cutting off one of the edges. Second, fold the square in half, forming a triangle. Let’s Make Salt Crystals!

Supplies: 1.       A Pot of Water 2.       2 Cups of Salt 3.       Clear Glass Jar 4.       A Piece of String 5.       A Paper Towel First, fill a pot half-way with water. Ask your parent or guardian to help you boil the water. Second, add two cups of salt to the boiling water and stir until all of the salt has dissolved. Third, allow the liquid to cool down then pour it into a clear glass jar. Fourth, hang a piece of string over the side of the jar so half of it is inside the liquid. Finally, cover the jar with a paper towel. Ornament Snow Globe!

Supplies: 1.  1 piece of cardstock 2.  Old wrapping paper 3.  Clear, small plastic cup 4.  Cotton balls 5.  Glue 6.  Scissors 7.  Ribbon 8.  Markers 9.  Old Tissue Paper 10. Pencil 11.  Cotton swab First, turn the plastic cup upside down and trace around it on your piece of cardstock. (If you don’t have cardstock, a piece of cardboard will work.) Repeat and cut out both circles. Second, glue the two circles together. Then wrap them in your used wrapping paper.  This will be the base of your snow globe. Do the same with the white papers. Second, insert the white paper inside the construction paper. Third, use the hole puncher to punch two holes on the folded side of the paper. Fourth, thread the yarn or ribbon through the holes and tie a knot or a bow to make a booklet. Finally, go outside and find some leaves, grass, or flowers.
